The Ministry of Religious Services has concluded the 0120* campaign - the burial center, under the title: "May you no longer know sorrow, but it is important that you know.".
The campaign, which was exposed on social media, websites, and in the written press, drew many responses. The 0120* hotline notes that the number of calls to the hotline has increased significantly.
The hotline, operated by the Hevrot Kadisha Forum, in cooperation with the National Insurance Institute and the Ministry of Religious Services, provides solutions for all burial issues and is staffed 24 hours a day by call center operators who provide personal service to families in their difficult time.
The center provides assistance and guidance to families who are forced to deal with the loss of their loved ones in dealing with the burial of bodies and in the process of evacuating the deceased.
The Ministry of Religious Services notes that the hotline assists in the evacuation of deceased persons free of charge after the working hours of the burial societies, and the service and assistance at the hotline is provided free of charge, as part of the service provided to the public.
The Director General of the Ministry of Religious Services, Gal Shem-Tov, said: "Today we completed a 14-day campaign, in which Israeli citizens were exposed to the activities that the ministry conducts for families who are in the most difficult moments, when they are forced to deal with the loss of their loved ones. The Ministry of Religious Services, together with the Hevrat Kadisha Forum and the National Insurance Institute, have mobilized to assist citizens in order to provide a free service that provides an accurate response. We are constantly in the process of examining and examining the quality of the service provided by the ministry.".
