A fight over a parking space in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn turned into moments of horror today (Tuesday), when a follower was punched in the face - and needed stitches.
In a video taken on Division Avenue, the devotee is seen involved in a dispute with a relative of a driver with whom he was arguing - who claimed to have taken his parking space.
The video shows the Hasidic man being pushed against a gate, before his attacker became more aggressive and punched him in the face.

A source with the Williamsburg Watchmen organization told the YWN website that, shockingly, several people who witnessed the incident did nothing when the innocent man was beaten.
He said that instead of helping him, the people standing around watched what was happening and even worse: they filmed the incident.
The incident is being investigated by the New York Police Department, but not as a hate crime. Contrary to claims, there was no evidence that the attacker was a "violent anti-Semite.".
