Pollak described: "The bicycle was cut in two and the vehicle that hit me was left with one headlight in front. According to the doctors, I came out of it miraculously, I was very close to brain damage.".

He added: "At the time of the accident, I was carrying two pizza trays on my way home. For some reason, they remained intact, unlike my leg, bicycle, and car.".

A few hours later, he shared with his followers that he was feeling better. "Thank God, I feel much better now, except for a little dizziness and pain in my legs. Thank you everyone for wanting to help, for sharing my pain even though I didn't ask anyone to. I received a lot of calls from good people asking about my well-being. In God, I feel much better.".
