Initially, the police believed that this was not a criminal incident, but the autopsy performed after the death revealed a different picture. It is suspected that the attack on Tiomkin was out of boredom, or that it was an act of prank.

At the same time, the motive is still not entirely clear, and there is no doubt that there was no prior provocation.

According to News 12, the involvement of the suspect's other friends in the incident is being examined, and at this point the extent of their involvement is unknown.

The case is currently being discussed by the police and the prosecutor's office, who believe that an indictment will be filed soon. Since this is a very young boy, they will have to take this fact into account.
