Paramedics from the 'Elad Rescue' organization, Sharon Oved, Moti Wiesel and Nissan Heilbron said: "When we arrived at the scene, we found a 22-year-old man without a pulse and breathing. With the help of additional volunteers, we began performing prolonged CPR and after administering shocks, his pulse and breathing returned and he was evacuated in stable condition by the Magen David Adom intensive care team to continue receiving medical treatment at the Sharon Hospital in Petah Tikva.".
