Health Minister Yuli Edelstein decided today (Tuesday), together with the Director General of his office, Prof. Hezi Levy, to appoint Carmel Hospital Deputy Director Dr. Sharon Al-Rai to the position of Deputy Head of the Public Health Unit. Al-Rai said after her official appointment: "I am grateful for the opportunity and proud to join the excellent team that is leading the national response to the Corona crisis. I am confident that by joining forces we will be able to stop the epidemic, lead normal lives, and maintain the health of all of us."
