On the first of Chol Hamoed, Pesach 5767, the Sefirat Chesed of Chesed, we received the greatest gift: our precious children Ari and Shira came into the world after over 11 years of waiting.
11 years of our prayers, those of our family, friends, acquaintances and acquaintances were answered on a day of grace within grace. There was no end to our happiness. We felt that God, the Almighty, had done with us not only grace, but grace within grace.
13 years have passed since then, 13 years of gratitude for the past and prayers and requests for the future, 13 years of joy that culminated on Yom Hesed, the day of the Bar Mitzvah of our eldest son Ari.
The plan was to rejoice "with many, with the glory of a king," as befits and is fitting, and to hold "among many, let us praise him.".
But many are the thoughts in a man's heart, and the counsel of the Lord shall stand. And now the Corona has wounded it, as if telling us, to keep only the beginning of the verse, "I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth." We will save the continuation, "And among many we will praise Him" for later.
We are grateful for the past, we are grateful for the present, and we pray and ask for the future, for the grace of grace in every moment, and especially in the arrival of our precious son to the burden of Torah and mitzvot.
The great composer Yossi Green did not remain indifferent to the special day, and here is a special melody for the joy that reigns in our family.
