Ingredients:

For 6 servings:

1 can of Starkist tuna in oil

1 chopped shallot

1/3 cup crushed chickpeas

Salt and pepper, to taste.

For coating:

2 eggs, flour and breadcrumbs

How to prepare:

Mix all the ingredients, form patties, roll in egg, flour and breadcrumbs, and deep fry in oil.
