While Shlomo Artzi was busy being a singer, the band was playing loudly, and the crowd was jumping in the hall, a diligent inspector took advantage of the situation and handed out parking tickets to fans who were parking on the sidewalks around. The inspector wasn't satisfied with that and entered the artists' parking lot, where he issued a ticket to the singer for no reason.
Artzi appeared at the Tel Aviv Hall of Culture in front of hundreds of students, making them dance in another routine performance, to which he arrived in his private car.

Upon arrival, Hana Artzi parked in the artists' parking lot, leaving the Mitsubishi Jeep in its natural place. But when the singer left the performance, with a towel over his shoulder, damp and about to return home, he was shocked to discover a note tucked into the window pane containing a fine, sponsored by the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality.
No response was received from the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality.
It's okay that Ron Huldai's soldiers don't know Shlomo Artzi. At least Eyal Golan, right?
