The Knesset plenum convened this morning (Wednesday) for a special session, during which Knesset members elected the next State Comptroller by secret ballot.
However, neither of the candidates, retired Supreme Court Justice Yosef Elron and Attorney Michael Rabillo, received a majority of 61, so a second round of voting will be held.
