Four people were killed in and around Kiev and dozens were injured, including children, in a long Russian attack throughout the night.
Mayor Vitali Klitschko said 56 people were injured in the city, with the fire damaging residential buildings and a school, a waterworks and a local market. The studios of the German broadcasting corporation ARD were also damaged.
The Ukrainians claim that Russia used an "Oreshnik" ballistic missile.
Ukrainian President Zelensky said that the attack included 90 missiles, including 36 ballistic missiles, and 600 drones: "Most of the hits were in Kiev, which was the main target of the attack. They launched the 'Oreshnik' on Bila Tserkva. They are crazy.".
