Meanwhile, the Iranian Tasnim news agency reported earlier today that despite progress in negotiations, disagreements over clauses in the draft memorandum of understanding with the United States continue.
A source quoted by the agency said: "If the United States continues to create obstacles, there will be no possibility of reaching a final understanding.".

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said today that progress has been made in talks with Iran: "There will be good news in the coming hours.".
Rubio added: "President Trump wants to reach a solution and he would prefer that the State Department lead.
