Rabbi Yehuda Odesser, rabbi of the Yahad community - Garin Torah community of Beit Shemesh, rabbi of the Lev HaTorah Yeshiva and graduate of the Beit El Yeshiva, was elected rabbi of the Mount Hebron Regional Council.
Rabbi Odesser, a student of Rabbi Zalman Baruch Melamed, Rosh Yeshiva Beit El, and Rabbi Shlomo Yosef Weitzen.
He is the son-in-law of Rabbi Aharon Eisenthal, one of the senior rabbis of the Golan Yeshiva and former rabbi of the settlement of Chispin.

Rabbi Odsar, grew up in Petah Tikva, studied at Midrash Noam and after studying at Yeshiva Beit El, studied law at Kolel Psagot. He is an active duty reserve in the Armored Corps.
