The ZAKA 360 hotline received a report of a 70-year-old man who was found lifeless in his home on Leah Goldberg Street in Lod, after no contact had been made with him for some time.
Yaakov Lieberman, spokesman for ZAKA 360: "Upon receiving the report at the ZAKA 360 hotline, the organization's volunteers were called to the scene and worked to honor the deceased and collect the remains. Since the door to the house was locked, the forces were forced to break down the door, and inside the house the deceased was found lifeless.""
As a result of the activities of ZAKA 360 volunteers at the scene, the deceased was released for burial directly from his home without the need for transfer for autopsy.
