Highway 1 is partially blocked to traffic towards Jerusalem following a truck fire near the Shoresh Interchange. Severe traffic disruptions in the area.
At 3:14 PM, a report was received at the 102 hotline about a fire in a truck transporting waste near the Shoresh Interchange towards Jerusalem.
Six teams from the Beit Shemesh area were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, the teams began extinguishing the fire and preventing it from spreading to the wooded area adjacent to the road.
