A man was moderately injured this evening (Monday) by shrapnel at the Kabri intersection in the Western Galilee. Medical teams evacuated him to the Nahariya hospital for further treatment.
At the same time, Coastal District police, Border Guard soldiers, and police saboteurs treated several crash sites in the city of Nahariya following launches from Lebanon.
At one of the scenes, a house was hit directly and a fire broke out. Emergency forces rescued the family members and evacuated six victims to the hospital who were suffering from smoke inhalation, including two girls and four adults.
The Galilee Medical Center Hospital reported that 15 people were injured in the incident in Nahariya, all in mild condition. The injured, including those suffering from smoke inhalation, shock, and anxiety, are being treated at the MLRD.

MDA emergency medical technician Yonatan Avilaa said: "This is the scene of a fall between two buildings that caused a large fire. We arrived in ambulances, intensive care vehicles and MDA immediate response motorcycles and saw destruction at the scene. Three injured women emerged from the building in minor condition. In addition, we conducted scans to ensure that there were no other injured people at the scene.".
The IDF says after an on-the-ground inspection that the hit in Nahariya was caused by a rocket and not a failed interceptor.
Fire and Rescue reported: Around 6:15 PM, numerous reports were received at the 102 hotline about a direct rocket hit residential buildings in Nahariya.
Upon the arrival of the first crews on the scene, significant fire was detected in two private homes and adjacent yards.
The fire broke out, among other things, as a result of damage to gas tanks at the scene. Firefighters are still working at the scene to contain the flames and prevent the fire from spreading to nearby buildings.
Three people were evacuated from the scene to the hospital in Nahariya with minor injuries as a result of smoke inhalation.
