The police submitted a renewed request to the Rishon LeZion Magistrate's Court to extend the restrictive conditions applicable to Yonatan Urich, as part of the investigation into his case in the leak of the "classified documents" to the newspaper "Bild".

The request relates to the extension of the restrictions for an additional 60 days.

The request claims that a series of restrictions should be left in place - including a ban on leaving the country, a ban on working in the Prime Minister's Office and the company 'Perception', a ban on contacting those involved in the affair, and the obligation to appear for questioning upon request.

The police emphasize in the request that it is important to continue preventing obstruction of the investigation and protecting state security, especially in light of Urich's possible connections to other parties in the case.

As part of the application, the police declared strategic advisor Israel Einhorn, a suspect in the 'Cattergate' affair and the leak of 'classified documents', a "fugitive offender," as there is a "pending arrest warrant" against him.

The company 'Perception', owned by Einhorn, was mentioned as a company that ran a campaign aimed at whitewashing the locomotive's image - and in its request, the police wrote that the investigation material "clearly" showed that the company was indeed owned by him.

""Einhorn is a suspect in this affair and is being questioned with a warning as part of a judicial investigation for offenses of passing on confidential information, despite this he has avoided coming to Israel and is a fugitive criminal.".

According to the police, Einhorn is avoiding returning to Israel and is evading the investigation, which raises concerns about obstruction of proceedings.

The police warn that if the ban on dealing with the company 'Perception' is not extended, Urich may actually circumvent the restriction on the ban on contact with Einhorn.
