Tali Goyali, the mother of the fighter Ran Goyali, who was kidnapped on October 7 by Hamas and a member of the 'Tikva' forum, sharply attacked Judge Yitzhak Amit this evening (Tuesday) after he asked her during the High Court hearing, "Who are you?" - without knowing that she was the mother of a kidnapped man.
In the video she filmed in her car, Goyali began: "I'm making this video for you, Judge Amit. Nice to meet you, my name is Attorney Tali Goyali. I am the proud mother of Ran Goyali, a hero of Israel, who went out on October 7 to defend me and you, the State of Israel, and was kidnapped from an unknown area. Ran has been kidnapped in Gaza for a year and eight months - and you don't know me.".
Goyali referred to the fact that during the hearing the judge asked to remove her from the courtroom and said: "More than I was hurt by the fact that you wanted to remove me from the hearing, I was hurt by the fact that you don't know me.
""As a lawyer, as a member of the profession, as the one who filed the petition, and in whose name the petition is - you don't know me. You don't know my kidnapper. You don't know my son.".
She added, making a pointed criticism: "You don't care what we are going through as families of kidnapped people. You don't care that the kidnapped people are in Gaza. What you are actually interested in is to overthrow the prime minister and put him in poverty. The kidnapped people don't really interest you.".
