The president moved to an implicit threat: "The United States of America invests billions of dollars a year - far more than any other country - to defend and support Israel. We are not going to tolerate this.

The Jerusalem District Court on Friday rejected Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's request to withdraw his testimony in his trial in the next two weeks, and the hearings are expected to take place on Monday and Wednesday - but on Monday the hearing will be postponed to 11:30 AM.
