An official, innovative and energetic performance of the biggest hit of the season – 'And Awaken My Heart', is released by singer Mandy Weiss, who decided to make the hit accessible to the general public.
Mandy hosts Haim Pollak and the Malchot Choir, conducted and arranged by Pinchas Bichler.
The melody by Rabbi Shlomo Kalisch of Belza, known from the beginning of this century for its original lyrics, "For the length of days," has recently begun to be published with its alternate lyrics - which, incidentally, have been sung in Belza for many years: "And I have prepared the Lord to meet me, that He may have mercy on me again in my exile, to redeem me... and to awaken my heart to Your love...".
