Noam Amir, Channel 14's military commentator, today (Monday) attacked the "failed commentators," as he put it, who are trying to paint a picture as if Israel wants to "strive for the end.".
""The attempt to paint a picture as if Israel wants to 'close the incident within days' is one big blunder by failed commentators," Amir wrote. "This operation is intended to last two weeks, at most three. Last week we published a briefing by a senior officer who explicitly said: 'We have another week left to complete the objectives.'".
According to him, "Bottom line - the operation is nearing completion, and therefore anyone who tries to portray it as if Israel wants to 'strive for the end,' and presents it as if we are coming from a position of weakness, is lying to your face.".
The commentator added: "If Khamenei wants to come to a war of attrition, he is welcome. Unlike him, who is currently mainly putting us in shelters, we are dismantling his form. The more we dismantle his form, the more decades we will take him back.".
Amir mentioned: "The Israeli home front has proven throughout the war that it is not strong - it is powerful.".
He mocked the commentators: "Don't be surprised, even after they crashed on their faces with their assessments, the commentators are looking for the glass half empty, why? Because it's in their DNA, it's bigger than them.".
