The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the Central District Court this morning (Friday) against two Israeli citizens who, in the midst of the 'Iron Swords' War, transferred hundreds of tons of prohibited dual-use material to the Judea and Samaria territories, which terrorists use to manufacture explosive devices.

The defendant, Yehezkel Moshe, 66, from Moshav Pedia, is the owner of the company 'Hezi Moshe Supplies and Agriculture Ltd.', which supplies fertilizers and various agricultural materials, and is a franchisee of the Amir company for supplying agricultural products.

The second defendant, Jihad and Zuz, 43, a resident of East Jerusalem, owner of the company 'Ha'achim S.H. Ltd.', which provides contracting services for the transfer of goods between companies and various localities.

According to the indictment, the defendants conspired with residents of the Palestinian Authority, and as part of the conspiracy, they transferred thousands of bags of potassium nitrate, calcium, sulfur, and more to the territory of the Authority - which are controlled dual-use materials that are prohibited from being transferred without a special permit.

In accordance with the plan that was hatched, Yehezkel Moshe used to take the materials from the supply given to him through the Amir company as a franchisee, without permission, while he used to register the delivery note for the supply in the name of the private company to another recipient in Gush Etzion - in order to disguise his actions and prevent the inspection authorities at the crossing points from locating the dual-use materials and thwarting their smuggling.

Jihad and Zuz arrived with the truck to Moshav Fediya, where the defendants loaded the prohibited materials and, equipped with a fictitious shipping document, would transport the prohibited goods through border crossings to residents of the PA.

The defendants' partners in the Authority sold the prohibited goods to owners of agricultural supply stores, without the ability to monitor that the materials would be used for agricultural purposes only, and they transferred the money to Moshe Yehezkel.

The indictment attributes to the defendants the commission of offenses of an act or transaction in weapons for terrorist purposes, multiple offenses of violating the order for the control of defense exports, and more.

The prosecution is asking the court to order the arrest of the defendants until the end of the legal proceedings against them.

The Military Prosecutor's Office will file additional indictments against the defendants' partners in the Palestinian Authority.
