
Serious escalation in crime incidents in Bnei Brak: A 25-year-old man and a 30-year-old man were critically and moderately injured in a shooting on Dangur Street in Bnei Brak last night (Thursday). Rescue forces called to the scene evacuated the two injured to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv, suffering from penetrating injuries.

Large police forces arrived at the scene and located a gunshot victim on Rabbi Dangor Street who was taken to Ichilov Medical Center in critical condition. At the same time, another injured person was located on Abarbanel Street who was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.
A quick police response led to the arrest of a suspect at the scene, a 32-year-old from Rosh Ha-Ayin, who was in possession of a gun. In addition, 5 suspects suspected of involvement in the incident were arrested.
The commander of the Tel Aviv District, Superintendent Haim Sargaroff, and the commander of the Dan Region, Chief of Police Elad Klein, conducted a situation assessment at the scene of the incident, and the investigation was assigned to the central unit of the Tel Aviv District.

A paramedic from the MDA motorcycle unit, Yonatan Shem Tov, said: "We saw a man about 25 years old, unconscious with serious penetrating injuries to his body, without a pulse and without breathing. We gave him medical treatment that included life-saving CPR, and while being evacuated to the hospital, his condition improved, his heart started beating again and he started breathing independently again, and his condition is now considered stable.".
Shem Tov later spoke about the moderately injured man, who was located by an MDA team on nearby Abarbanel Street, after he tried to escape the shooting scene. "Additional MDA teams that were dispatched to the incident and were on their way encountered another injured man on the nearby street, Abarbanel Street, a man about 30 years old who was conscious and suffering from penetrating injuries. He was taken to a hospital in an MDA intensive care unit in moderate and stable condition.".
Ariel Englerd, Yitzhak Goldman and Elia Halevi, United Hatzalah paramedics: "These are two injured people who are suffering from bruises and penetrating injuries. According to bystanders, they were injured as a result of violence. We provided them with first aid at both scenes and then they were evacuated to the hospital for further medical treatment.".
Night watchman Shmaryahu Rosenthaler and paramedic in the rescue motorcycle unit Aharon Cohen were the first to arrive: "When we arrived at the scene of the incident, we found a 25-year-old man unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing, with a severe head injury after being injured in a violent incident.
Together with rescue and MDA medics and paramedics, we performed advanced CPR on him, and by the grace of God, his heart started beating again during the evacuation to receive treatment in the trauma room at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.
