The report indicates that when she took office, Bahar-Miara reported to the Ministry of Justice's legal advisor about the relationship with Eshel, but only partially. As a result, it was determined that she would not make decisions regarding him.
However, the official conflict of interest settlement drafted after her appointment did not include any reference to this relationship or the ban imposed on her - and this was not made public or reported to the prosecutors in the case.
