The IDF and Shin Bet attacked today (Monday) throughout the Gaza Strip, using Air Force aircraft, more than 100 pickup trucks used by Hamas terrorists for terrorist activities.

According to the IDF, the vans that were destroyed were used by Hamas terrorists in the murderous massacre on October 7, using them to raid the country's territory, murder and kidnap Israeli civilians.

These vehicles were used by the terrorists for terrorist operations and the transfer of weapons.

The targeted attack on the Nuhba terrorists' vans was part of the damage to the terrorists' ability to carry out future raids.

As part of the operation, more than 100 vehicles were attacked throughout the Gaza Strip, including white vans and commercial vehicles used by terrorists for terrorist acts.

The targeted operation was launched after the IDF managed to map where the vehicles were located and where they were hidden - and for about two hours the Air Force attacked and destroyed the vehicles.

According to reports, the attacks are intended to harm the terrorist organizations' ability to maneuver and logistics. The security establishment estimates that the operation is expected to continue depending on the assessment of the situation on the ground.

Following the attack, Hamas security forces issued a warning against using vehicles similar to those used in military operations, including civilian vehicles.

The attack comes against the backdrop of a report in the Washington Post yesterday that "Israel may be considering, as part of its increased activity in Gaza, occupying the Strip for months or more.".

Israeli officials who spoke to the newspaper said that as part of the continued fighting in Gaza, the IDF plans to be directly responsible for distributing humanitarian aid, thwart additional figures from Hamas' civilian leadership, and evacuate the population to "humanitarian bubbles.".
