Towards the approval of the budget laws: Agreements have been reached between the coalition and the Otzma Yehudit party regarding the Arrangements Law - which will be put to a vote this Wednesday.

According to the summaries, MK Itamar Ben-Gvir will abstain from voting along with members of his faction as a gesture of respect for the decision to fire the head of the Shin Bet and the attorney general.

Also, as part of the agreements, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich will not return to the Knesset for the time being, in order to remove MK Yitzhak Kreuzer from Otzma Yehudit.

At the same time, talks about Otzma Yehudit's return to the government will continue ahead of the budget vote on Monday next week.

Amir Ettinger, Knesset correspondent for 'Israel Hayom', wrote: "Contrary to Ben-Gvir's attempt to frame the event as a 'gesture' for the dismissal of the head of the Shin Bet, the negotiations began even before that, with the main outcome, as mentioned, being that Kreuzer did not leave the Knesset.".
