The late Dudi Bers: The 'Happy One' from Modi'in Illit passed away at the age of 42

Baruch Dayan, the truth teller: At the Beilinson Medical Center in Petah Tikva, the late Dodi Bers, a resident of Modi'in Illit, died on Saturday at the age of 42 - after contracting pneumonia that complicated with an infection and being hospitalized while under anesthesia and on a ventilator.

The late, late, was born on 4 Shevat 5783 to his parents, Rabbi Mordechai Bars and his mother, Mrs. Haniya.

Despite being in agony, he used to make grooms and the crowd of celebrants happy in the joyous halls of Haredi cities, as well as at events for sick and special children.

Even in his hometown of Kiryat Sefer, he used to go around the synagogues on Simchat Torah to distribute paklek to children.

He is survived by his parents, brothers and sisters, and many friends.

His funeral procession left this evening from his parents' home at 29 Avni Nezer Street in Modiin Illit to Beit HaChaim Yarkon, where he will be buried.
