Masad Bolos, the Lebanese father-in-law and close associate of US President Donald Trump, was scheduled for a long meeting with Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Regional Council, at Bolos' private home in Washington.

The meeting took place as part of a marathon of meetings that Samaria Council Chairman Yossi Dagan is currently holding in Washington, D.C., along with his team, to strengthen coalitions in favor of settlement in Samaria - and to teach, explain, and promote understanding among the Trump administration and elected officials in Congress and the Senate about the importance of applying sovereignty now in Judea and Samaria.

Boulos, an American businessman of Lebanese origin, is considered one of the closest figures to US President Donald Trump, who even appointed him as his senior advisor on Middle East affairs.

The content of the meeting was not published, but in their joint video posted on Yossi Dagan's Facebook page, both of them made very interesting statements.

Dagan presented Bolos with the official medal of Samaria as well as the "Trump Victory" wine from Kabir Elon Moreh Winery, a special series launched in honor of Trump's inauguration.

In a video uploaded to the Facebook page of the head of the Samaria Council, Masad Bolos said to Yossi Dagan: "It is a great pleasure and honor to meet you, the head of the Samaria Council, and to convey through you my appreciation from my heart to the people of Samaria.

""To my brothers and sisters in Israel and Lebanon, we expect peace and long for peace, and with God's help, hopefully it will be soon. I appreciate it very much.".

Yossi Dagan told Bolos: "I believe and also know that the Creator sent us to work together for the future of the Middle East and the world. Especially after October 7th - we are together and will work together.

""I would like to send many thanks to President Trump, for everything you do together. For the policy he is leading for the security of the State of Israel and the United States and for the restoration of justice in the world.".

"We in Israel feel towards you, and especially towards President Trump, like family members. May God bless you! I convey to you the blessings of the citizens of Samaria – the land of the Bible, of the residents of the State of Israel and of all the good people in the world.".

Masad Boulos' son, Michael, married President Donald Trump's daughter Tiffany in November 2022. During Trump's 2024 election campaign, he campaigned for the Arab community in the United States, especially in key states such as Michigan. His contribution was significant in garnering support among the Arab-American community.

After Trump's victory in the 2024 United States presidential election, Trump announced the appointment of Bolos as his senior advisor for Arab and Middle Eastern affairs.

The "Trump Victory" wine series from Kabir Winery in Alon Moreh, Samaria, was officially launched by Yossi Dagan at an event at the Mar-a-Lago estate, a few days before Trump's inauguration, in honor of the president-elect.

Days before President Trump's inauguration, Yossi Dagan, together with Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, launched the official lobby for Judea and Samaria in the US Congress, with over 20 members of Congress in Washington, for the first time in the history of Capitol Hill, with the aim of promoting sovereignty in Judea and Samaria.

The first action of the lobby for the settlement is the bill submitted by the lobby's chairwoman, Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, which states that in official documents of

The United States will not use the phrase "West Bank" - but rather the name "Judea and Samaria.".
The lobby's first significant achievement was achieved when House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Brian Mast, who met with Samaria Council Head Yossi Dagan on the issue, officially ordered the committee to cease using the term "West Bank" in official documents, and from now on use only the Hebrew name for the region, "Judea and Samaria.".
