Tel Aviv District Commander, Superintendent Haim Sargaroff, signed a closure order this week for a kindergarten complex in the city of Bnei Brak, after illegal residents were caught there, who were employed - despite the danger - in renovation work and even lured into the kindergarten complex in violation of the law and without proper permits.
Following an inspection conducted by Bnei Brak police and the arrest of the Shabachim for questioning, Bnei Brak police investigators, Dan Region Licensing Office police, and the Tel Aviv District Licensing Prosecutor acted to close the complex.
The Tel Aviv District Commander signed an administrative closure order for the complex for 30 days - until 6/12/24.
The police say: "As part of the police enforcement focused on the offenses of hiring, transporting, and harboring illegal residents, Tel Aviv District police are carrying out increased activity in businesses where there is concern that illegal immigrants may be present, with the aim of strengthening the safety and security of the public.".
