This is a senior figure in Hamas's terror infrastructure in the region, who was involved in planning attacks in the immediate future.
The terrorist worked to promote attacks together with Islam Odeh, who was eliminated on October 26 in an operation in Tulkarm, and Zahi Ofi, who was eliminated in an airstrike on October 3 and was responsible for planning significant attacks that were to be carried out on the first anniversary of October 7.
