Muhammad Majdallah, the Arab affairs commentator for News 12, posted a video on his Twitter account this evening (Monday) showing the suffering of Gaza's children in the war - and drew criticism from corporate reporter Avishai Greenzig, who wondered why there was no mention in the tweet of those who are causing the suffering to continue. Majdala wrote alongside a video, in which a Gazan girl is seen carrying her sister on her back, after she was hit by a car: "Take a moment and watch this video, just look at the reality that you don't want to see in Gaza. And if you watched and were awakened by all kinds of arguments and attempts at explanations instead of compassion and deep sadness for what is happening to the children who live in this place, forgiveness is with you.".   Sarah Cohen Haetzni, chairwoman of the 'My Israel' movement, responded to him: "Those who started the war and celebrated over our slaughtered bodies are now paying the price. The kidnapped now, surrender now, and until then there will be no rest." MK Almog Cohen He responded: "I watched. No one is happy when children suffer, but when our children suffered, were slaughtered, forced, and burned alive, they were there handing out the spoils. So now let their children pay. A thousand enemy children will cry, not one of our children." Media person Yotam Zimri Responded: "They celebrated a massacre, they accepted a Nakba. Surrender, hostages, and we'll talk." Media person Hanan Amior, editor of the media criticism website 'Perspective': "You watched with all of us the barbaric sadism of Hamas murderers and rapists burning children alive, and to this day you refuse to say that Hamas is a terrorist organization, and you still dare to preach to us about compassion and deep sadness? Letz. "They have the option at any moment to return the hostages and surrender and end the war. I assume you oppose that too." The lawyer Kinneret in my head: ""With you is forgiveness that their parents are using them for false propaganda. With you is forgiveness that these children will grow up and become murderous mutations, just like the ones we met on October 7. Vile murderers who burned, murdered, raped, dismembered and slaughtered our little children, mothers, fathers, the elderly and everyone who just breathed Jewishly. You are the one who should ask us for forgiveness for voicing a voice for an organization that supports and finances terrorism, instead of doing civilian or military service in the country where you live. Take this opportunity to say thank you for this country, that there is someone who protects you and that you, as stated, are not taking part in the burden." The legal affairs correspondent for 'Kan News', Avishai Greenzig, wondered why there was no mention in the tweet of those who cause the suffering to continue - and responded to Majadla: "Sorry, but this is a lame, anti-journalistic argument. 'If you watched and were awakened by all kinds of arguments and attempts at explanations instead of compassion and deep sadness...'. There is no doubt that children in Gaza are suffering greatly, most of them through no fault of their own, and that is truly sad. But we are not in a competition of who suffers more, and whoever suffers more is the winner." He added: "You are trying to silence the arguments and explanations as to how we got to this situation and why this situation has not ended long ago." "As a journalist, you are supposed to explain who is inflicting this suffering on his people. Who refuses to lay down their weapons and the path of terror, and who refuses to release the hostages he has abducted with endless cruelty in order to end the war. As a journalist, you are supposed to explain who is using the death and suffering of the Gazan children as a tool to advance his goals, and who sees their deaths as a tactical price that is worth sacrificing for the sake of jihad." He turned to Majdalah: "I would expect to read the shallow propaganda of suffering porn of the residents of Gaza in 'Gaza Now' and other Hamas mouthpieces, not from an Israeli journalist." Greentheig added: "And on the sidelines - this video seems staged. Children are suffering and dying in Gaza. There's no doubt about it. But this video screams 'I'm cooked.' The innocent man films the little girl carrying her sister who was run over by a car and who has been carrying her alone for an hour. He starts interrogating her while he's filming, instead of simply helping her and lifting her up.".
