
Ingredients (for about 5 servings):
5 units of chicken thighs
1/2 red grapefruit, sliced
2 peeled and sliced oranges
1 grated peel from two oranges
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons silane
How to prepare:
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with the orange zest, soy sauce, and cilantro for several hours.
2. In a baking dish, arrange a layer of sliced citrus fruits and place the chicken on top.
3. Sprinkle citrus slices over the thighs, cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for an hour.
4. Remove the aluminum foil and leave the chicken to brown for about another 20 minutes.
