Starting tonight: a new current affairs segment on the Haredi radio station Kol Berama.
The evening segment will open with an hour-long newscast in a fast-paced and dynamic format, hosted by the station's new acquisition, Moshe Glasner. The 'main edition' will begin at 7:00 PM and will combine news reports, interviews and discussions on the day's burning issues.
Immediately following the main edition, a new current affairs magazine called 'Opening Up Interest' will be published.
The magazine will be presented daily by two rotating presenters: journalist Yehuda Schlesinger from Israel Hayom and Jerusalem City Council member Nati Lasri, who will alternate with the duo Reuven Zakkaim, who previously competed on the reality show "The Spokesman," and Roy Lachmanovich, a lecturer in communications and former Shas spokesman.
Attorney Ariel Deri, the station's CEO: "The main goal of Radio Kol Barama is to continue to remain at the top of Haredi journalism and even break through beyond it. Accordingly, the 'Main Edition' format presented by Moshe Glasner and the current affairs program 'Opening an Issue', together with Mordechai Lavi's program 'Eight to Ten', will set the cutting edge in Haredi current affairs.".
