This morning (Friday), a signage campaign went up on Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv, under the title: "Enough with anti-Semitism in Tel Aviv.".
Unusual warning: These are the things you should not bring near all beaches
The campaign, by the Hotem organization, comes against the backdrop of the Tel Aviv Municipality's announcement that it will prohibit prayers in public spaces.
The signage shows a small child wrapped in a tallit and holding a prayer book, asking to pray.
The Hotam organization says: "We will not allow Ron Huldai and his friends to trample on Judaism in Tel Aviv, a Jewish city where masses of traditionally observant Jews are silenced, while Hamas-supporting Muslims can do as they please in the public space.""
The Hotam organization claims that it recently approached the Haaretz newspaper with a request to publish the ad, but the newspaper, according to the organization, refused to publish the ad.
