Moeti wrote: "Make no mistake, those who oppose the deal want the hostages to die. That's how it is, both with a tie and in a 400-word article in the newspaper and even when they argue with 'You're not the only one who wants them back.' They don't want life, they sanctify death. This is not an opinion, this is a crime and they are scum.".

She attacked the invitation of opponents of the deal to the news studios: "Why do editors think it's okay to bring them into the studios? Why do families of kidnapped people have to listen to this evil over and over again as if it were some everyday issue and not in the lives of their children. Enough of this already.""

Roy Kunkol, former spokesman for opposition leader Yair Lapid, responded to her: "During the months when we fought inside Gaza, I had such a difficult feeling that accompanies me to this day. Now, thanks to Emily, I finally understand. It turns out that I want the hostages to die.".

Tamir Morag, Channel 14's political correspondent wrote: "This tweet is the essence of the collective mental illness and totalitarian spirit of Kaplanism: According to this view, anyone who dares to disagree with the dogma and express a different opinion is not wrong, but represents senseless evil and wickedness, of the kind that exists in children's horror stories.".

""The 'infidels' are not opposing the deal for rational reasons - they 'want the hostages to die.' And why do I say 'collective mental illness'? Because Emily Moeti was a jerk, but 700 people liked this scum in a few hours.".

Media person  Akiva Novik He wrote: "My dear Emily, this is a shallow and childish tweet even in Twitter terms.".

The surfer Eviatar Cohen A man who fought in Gaza wrote to her: "I and all my friends fought in Gaza, risking our lives for the hostages. And we oppose a deal that includes a withdrawal from Philadelphia and an end to the war. Do we also want the hostages to die?""

The surfer Rotem Zamora He responded: "You're a disgrace to a politician. A shallow, hollow tweet that lacks the ability to look at the world like a grown-up and not like a 3-year-old screaming because the sun went down before he could say goodnight to her.".

Yotam Eyal, the CEO of the Legal Forum for Israel, responded: "You literally just called the families of kidnapped people who think differently from you scum and death cultists. There really is no bottom you won't be able to reach.".
