Authorities in the United States have indicted a Georgian citizen for planning attacks against Jews in New York.
The defendant, Mikhail Chakhiquishvili, 21, is known as the "Butcher in Chief." He heads a racist group called the "Crazy Murder Cult.".
According to the indictment, he persuaded members of the group to dress up as Santa Claus and distribute poisoned candy to Jewish children in Brooklyn schools.
Chekhiquishvili was captured in Moldova about a month ago.
According to a report in 'Kan News', the investigation into the affair began after an FBI agent contacted the suspect following a book that Chakhi'vishvili wrote in 2021.
In his book, he declared that he was willing to kill for the white race. He also encouraged readers to carry out mass attacks for the purpose of ethnic cleansing, mainly in the United States.
During the correspondence with the FBI agent, the defendant provided the agent with precise instructions on how to prepare the poisoned candies in order to harm Jewish children.
If convicted of the charges against him, Tshikkhishvili faces up to 50 years in prison.
