Paratroopers, who raided the Jabalia refugee camp about two weeks ago, sent an attack dog from the sting unit into a building where terrorists were suspected of hiding.

Today it's happening: Will you win 120,000 NIS in the lottery in question?

According to a report by Yoav Zeiton on Ynet, after some time had passed and the dog did not return to the fighters and no sounds of struggle or barking were heard, the fighters decided to close the house to investigate the unusual event.

The force sent a tiny drone into the building to scan and search for the dog. After many minutes, the drone located the dog lying in an alley near the building and it was unclear whether it was alive.

The fighters approached the scene while taking cover to pick up the dog, but were surprised to find that it had disappeared again. The drone was sent again to a nearby building, where it located the dog lying on the floor.

The fighters became suspicious and feared that the terrorists had killed him secretly and quietly, and had planted explosive devices under his body to harm the IDF force that would come to collect the body.

The paratroopers did not fall into the trap, and were able to identify the wiring coming out of the dog's body, which almost turned into a monstrous carcass.

The scene was safely defused, and the dog's body was respectfully evacuated for burial in the Oketz Dog Cemetery in the Adam settlement near Modi'in.

About 30 dogs were killed by the start of the Iron Sword War.

According to the report, the unit has already purchased dozens of new dogs from abroad in recent months for various missions. The unit will double and even triple in size over five years.
