Online poll: 54% Oppose the call for "elections now", Likud strengthens

A new survey conducted by the Kantar Institute, headed by David Hasid, and published this morning (Thursday) on the B network, shows that the Likud party led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues to strengthen, but the National Camp party led by Benny Gantz continues to lead.

According to the survey, if the elections were held today, the state camp would win 29 seats and the Likud 22 seats.

The third largest party in the poll is Yair Lapid's Yesh Atid, which receives 16 seats.

Avigdor Lieberman's Yisrael Beiteinu party and the Shas party each win 10 seats in the poll. The Otzma Yehudit party led by Itamar Ben-Gvir receives 9 seats in the poll.

United Torah Judaism - 7 seats, Hadash-Ta'al - 5 seats, and the religious Zionist parties led by Bezalel Smotrich, Meretz and Ra'am each win 4 seats.

The Balad Party does not pass the threshold when in the poll it receives 2.91% of the vote, as does Gideon Sa'ar's State Right Party with 2.51% of the vote. The Labor Party with 1.41% of the vote.

According to the survey, the coalition will reach 52 seats, an increase compared to previous polls.

An overwhelming majority of the public believes that the elections should be brought forward, but only 38% want to hold elections now.

About half of the public believes that Benny Gantz and Gadi Eisenkot should resign from the government within a few weeks.

The survey also showed that almost the majority of the public is in favor of an attack that includes a ground maneuver against Hezbollah in the north, especially Likud and coalition voters. In the opposition, there is equality between those who support and those who oppose.

Religious Zionism - 4 seats (5 in the previous poll)
Ra'am - 4 seats (4 in the previous poll)

The survey was conducted among 600 men and women over the age of 18 in an online sample that includes the Arab sector. Sampling error: +4%
