The security establishment's persecution of the settlers of Judea and Samaria during wartime is relentless: Today (Tuesday), a 14-year-old minor, a resident of Yitzhar, received a notification that Central Command Major General Yehuda Fox issued an administrative order against him, prohibiting him from leaving the Yitzhar settlement - and in addition, he will be required to remain under nightly house arrest for three months.

The minor's father: "It is crazy that during a war in the north and south that is also expanding to Judea and Samaria in a series of severe attacks, the State of Israel finds time and resources to pursue an eighth-grade child. Freedom of movement is a supreme value in the State of Israel and here it is blatantly violated. If the security establishment had used these orders against the enemy, terrorism would have stopped long ago.".

The elected officials who remain silent in the face of these injustices and who do not turn the tables on this insane policy are complicit in this security and moral lawlessness, and perpetuate the concept that the IDF is leading throughout the country, and in the Central Command in particular.".
Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir: "It is very unfortunate that during a time of war, Minister Galant and General Fox issue an administrative order against a child of only 14 years old, prohibiting him from leaving his settlement and home - this is madness, this is a hallucination, this is unbelievable. This is not what a Minister of Defense looks like who protects the settlers, this is what a Minister of Defense looks like who harasses them.".
