A spectacular opening, a group of singing Hasidim, a sweeping rhythm, and sounds that call you to break into a wild dance. This is how the third album in the "Moshe Laufer Plays Chabad" series opens, which is currently entering its final phase toward completion and release in the month of Kislev.
4 years after the first album in the series was released, master arranger Moshe Laufer and producer Lovik Toubol do it again and present a fine album, full of spectacular musical works in the purity of Chabad Hasidism.
The new album features leading Hasidic singing stars - Shlomo Cohen, Mandy Jerofi, Yoni Shlomo, Eli Marcus (soloist of the band "Hyom Hashimni"), Tzodik Greenwald, Simcha Friedman, alongside Eli Laufer's choir, the 'Shira' choir and an expanded children's choir. Dozens of voices, dozens of instruments and on the mixes - Eli Lisinsky from New York.
The first two albums in the series made musical history; they sold tens of thousands of copies, became a must-have item in every Jewish home, and several of their tunes became wedding hits.
This time too, the album's producers chose moving melodies that stir the soul, and in the hands of artist Moshe Laufer, they took on new shades.
The album's release is accompanied by an extensive campaign, in which one of the tunes appears in the festive album that is distributed to readers of the weekly magazine 'Bakhila'.
Special in honor of the holiday - the first single from the album: Listen to the Nigun Simcha performed by Shlomo Cohen, whose voice tonight gives a touch and freshness to the ancient Nigun.
