A traffic police officer who was driving his private vehicle on Rabbi Akiva Street in Bnei Brak last Friday - the 10th of Tevet - recorded, using a traffic camera, a bus that committed a dangerous offense of crossing an intersection at a red light.
The video was immediately forwarded to traffic police in the Dan area, who were able to locate the bus company that employed the bus driver.
In light of unsuccessful attempts to locate the details of the bus driver who committed the offense, the owner of the bus company who is responsible was summoned yesterday for a hearing by a Dan District Police Officer, who decided to revoke his driver's license for 30 days.
In addition, the bus was shut down for 30 days and moved to a police yard.
He was also issued a summons to appear in court.
