
• 1 cup white flour, mixed with ½ cup whole wheat flour.
It can be substituted for any other type of flour: spelt, for example, as long as the total amount of flour is one and a half cups, when we choose the composition we desire.
• A teaspoon of baking powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 eggs
• A cup of yogurt/milk - preferably 4.51% fat
• 14 teaspoons of strawberry jam
• Powdered sugar for serving - optional
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth, without lumps.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
3. Place a muffin tin in the pan and divide the batter into the 14 parts in the pan. Note that you don't need to fill the cavities completely.
4. Place a spoonful of strawberry jam in the center of each doughnut.
5. Bake the doughnuts in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes, until the doughnuts are golden brown.
6. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
7. You can add a little powdered sugar - your choice.
