The Ministry of Transportation has activated a new service for residents who were evacuated from their homes in the surrounding communities and in the north of the country: issuing new tickets and loading travel arrangements for evacuees free of charge.

The new service, which began operating on October 23, 2023, includes on-site issuance and charging stations, with representatives of the ministry proactively and by prior arrangement being present at residents' evacuation centers.

At these stations, a loaded Rav-Kav card can be issued with a free-monthly-national travel arrangement.

Existing cards can also be loaded at the stations.

The arrangement was implemented for a limited period.

It should be noted that the Rav-Kav tickets provided to evacuees free of charge are in addition to the free transportation service operated by the Ministry of Transportation, allowing them to travel to hospitals, outpatient clinics, health insurance funds, shopping, and special transportation for those with mobility difficulties.

For inquiries and information about the stations and their locations, you can contact the Ministry of Transportation hotline at *4515 and on the ministry's website.
