Presenters Yinon Magal and Ben Caspit returned today (Wednesday) to confront each other on their show on Radio 103FM about the High Court's hearing on petitions against the reduction of the grounds of reasonableness. According to Magal, the president has already formed an opinion on the matter, and therefore there is no reason for her to continue examining the matter.

"We will sit and watch President Hayut sit in court and examine the matters. We live in a comedy, and this will not work for us," said Magal.
Caspit replied: "We are in the midst of a conflict of interest incident that is the craziest - there is a defendant here who guarantees every time that nothing is related to his trial, and establishes an investigative committee that receives authority to enter his case, and they are talking about a conflict of interest?"
Magal replied: "It's all like one junta that you're tearing apart."
The conversation between the two escalated several levels, especially when Kaspit listed the behaviors of government members. Among them, Minister Eli Cohen, Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, and Minister Galit Distel. Kaspit: "The Finance Minister threatens the Americans, the flea barks at the dog. In a moment he would have fired Biden."
Magal replied: "You are slandering the country, and talking about Ben Gvir? What did he say? The right to life of the Jews outweighs the right to movement of the Arabs. You are in a deal, walla, your deal is fine - you are the kibbutzniks, the pilots, the capitalists, but if your contract is violated, you get confused."
Regarding an article on Channel 12 comparing Israel to Hungary, Magal said: "It's exactly the opposite. What's happening in Israel? What were they trying to do with 'Israel Hayom' and Channel 14? It's simply unbelievable how everything is upside down."
Caspit replied: "In a civilized country, I wouldn't have to answer you, but I'm being paid. Every word in Arad Nir's article is accurate, and even more than that - an understatement. The current public channel is absolutely not against the government."
Magal sought to draw the listeners' attention to the situation of shepherds in Judea and Samaria, saying: "You hate the Jewish shepherds, the righteous who guard the country's lands. These are righteous people - you should kiss them, give them a badge of valor. What have you done to them? When you break their bones, you don't show it. It's shame and disgrace."
Caspit replied to him: "Very soon you will be able to kiss them morning, noon and night, because if it were up to me we would have to say goodbye to you. As far as you are concerned, all of Tel Aviv should be dismantled, and a mirror should be placed so that you can look at yourself and see yourself."
Magal ended the joint opening conversation - and said: "Will you tell me where to live too? As if it's personal where I live. You're an embarrassing man, you've reached the age where you say embarrassing things."
