
1 can (400 ml) Master Chef Coconut Cream
3 tablespoons smooth, soft peanut butter
3 tablespoons Master Chef soy sauce
Pop-up:
1/2 bag (200 grams) Master Chef stir-fry egg noodles
2-3 tablespoons oil
1 whole chicken breast, cut into strips
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 broccoli, broken into small florets
To serve:

1. Prepare the sauce: Place coconut cream, peanut butter, and soy sauce in a bowl and whisk well until a uniform mixture is obtained without lumps.
2. Cook the noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions, drain and set aside.
3. Fill a large bowl with boiling water and blanch the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes. Drain.
4. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or wok. Mix the chicken strips with the cornflour until evenly coated on all sides and add to the pan. Fry, stirring, for about a minute, until the chicken changes color.
5. Add the broccoli and noodles and mix.
6. Add the sauce to the pan and continue to stir-fry. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
