Mango season has begun: a recipe for a summer salad with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients (for about 2 servings):

1 mango from "Granot Farmers""
6-8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 bag of rocket leaves (75 grams)
12 baby mozzarella balls
2-3 high-quality olive oil
1 tablespoon reduced balsamic vinegar
A pinch of white or black salt

How to prepare:

1. Cut the mango into slices and the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
2. In a serving bowl, place arugula leaves, on which arrange the mango slices, mozzarella balls and cherry tomato quarters.
3. Season with olive oil, salt and a little balsamic vinegar. For extra spiciness, you can add a little red onion and/or chili pepper.
4. Mix and serve immediately.
