Porosh's office operates shuttles to the Western Wall at night - free of charge

The Ministry of Jerusalem and Jewish Tradition will operate nightly shuttles to the Western Wall from central Jerusalem, free of charge, between 1:30 and 4:30 a.m., every night of the week - from Saturday night to Friday. The activity will be funded by the Ministry of Jerusalem and Jewish Tradition, through the East Jerusalem Development Company. The route from the Western Wall will pass through stations on Sachs, Eretz Hefetz/Harel Brigade, Bar Ilan/Shmuel Hanavi, Jeremiah/Minhat Yitzhak, Shari Yisrael/Torah Mitzion, Binyaini Ha'uma Streets. Departure from the Western Wall at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30. The route on the way to the Western Wall will depart from Binyaini Ha'uma, and pass through stations on Shari Yisrael/Hashmonaim, Jeremiah/Minhat Yitzhak, Bar Ilan/Zephaniah, Shmuel Hanavi/Fishel, Sachs/Shmuel Hanavi, and the Western Wall. Departure from Binyaini Ha'uma Streets at: 2:00, 3:00, 4:00. Minister of Jerusalem and Israeli Tradition, Meir Porush: "The Western Wall, a remnant of our Temple, is a focal point for pilgrimage at all hours of the day and night, and it will be considered a privilege for us to allow the public to comfortably visit the place even at night. This is another welcome activity by the Ministry of Jerusalem and Israeli Tradition, as part of the five-year plan to strengthen the Old City basin." The Ministry of Jerusalem and Israeli Tradition notes that this is an initial pilot, and if demand increases, the ministry intends to expand the activity to meet demand as much as necessary, for the benefit of the public traveling to the Western Wall at night.
