Two soldiers moderately and lightly injured in a stabbing attack in Tzirifin: The terrorist was neutralized

Two IDF soldiers were moderately and lightly injured this morning (Tuesday) in a stabbing attack that occurred near the Jerusalem Gate of the IDF camp in Tzirifin. Cleaning for Passover? Benny Meshulam, a United Hatzalah medic who came across the incident and called the forces: "While driving, I came across the two injured people who suffered from stab wounds. One is in serious condition and the other is in mild condition. With the assistance of other medics, we provided them with first aid at the scene and then they were evacuated to the Shamir-Assaf Harofeh Medical Center nearby. "Due to the nature of the incident, Hoshen teams - the United Hatzalah mental first aid unit - also operated on the scene, providing assistance to a number of anxiety victims." [Gallery]

Shamir Assaf Harofeh reported: Two young victims of stabbings were admitted to the Shamir Medical Center's trauma room. One is in moderate condition with stab wounds to the upper and lower body, and the other is in mild condition. Both are undergoing extensive tests and are being treated. The police reported: At approximately 9:50 a.m., a report was received of two Israelis being stabbed near Tzirifin. The two stab victims were evacuated to the Assaf Harofeh Medical Center. Citizens who were on the scene arrested the suspect, and he was transferred to the police for questioning. Large police forces under the command of District Commander Major Avi Biton and with the assistance of a police helicopter are conducting extensive searches in the area to rule out the presence of another suspect.
