Are you wondering what beautiful, delicious, fluffy dessert is suitable to serve to guests? The culinary brand 'Master Chef' offers a recipe for a fluffy chocolate and coconut cake - kosher for Passover

Ingredients (for a 24 cm pan):

1 can of Master Chef coconut cream, kosher for Passover
400 grams dark chocolate (parve), broken into cubes
5 eggs, separated
½ cup sugar
½ cup cornstarch

For decoration:

Coconut chips

How to prepare:

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
2. Bring coconut cream to a boil in a saucepan, add chocolate and stir until smooth. Set aside a cup of the mixture for topping. Refrigerate the rest.
3. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form, 3-4 minutes.
4. Add egg yolks to the chocolate mixture, add cornstarch and mix for another minute.
5. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture gradually to maintain volume and airiness.
6. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40 minutes or until the cake is firm but the center is still jiggly. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
7. Pour the reserved chocolate mixture on top and, if desired, garnish with coconut shavings.
