Why throw it away? Orange soup with a crispy potato skin twist

Ingredients: 

Potato peeling strips
salt
Freshly ground black pepper
A few cloves of garlic
1 chopped onion
Sweet cream

How to prepare:

We collect leftover potato peels from our meal (for example, after putting them in pancakes).

Add onion and a few cloves of garlic and boil on the stove for 15 minutes.

After boiling, cool slightly and blend the soup in a blender.

Add a little cream, salt to taste and lots of freshly ground black pepper.
